Returns don’t help create a better world. However, it can of course happen that you want to return clothing. The color doesn’t suit you or the size on the label isn’t the fit you like. Perhaps you can make someone else happy with it, but if that’s not the case, please return your order.
You can do this by registering your return. Send an email to: retouren@neutralorganic.nl. You will then receive a message with instructions on where to send the package.
We would like to point out that consumers always have the option to terminate the agreement without giving any reason for 14 days after receiving the order.
The costs for a return are at your own expense — this way we keep our prices fair and don’t have to pass costs on to everyone.
Exchanges are also possible, of course, and we will send the new item to you for free.
